Titles Change Throughout the Year

We're frequently asked, "What books are you giving out now?" You may be surprised to find two titles under each group when you check the listing on our website. Here's why.

While we use a specific title for each age group, we change each book after 12 - 14 months. This helps avoid families receiving the same book for siblings close in age, and keeps the program fresh and interesting.

The book changes are staggered over the course of the year with each title used for a little over a year from the date distrubution starts. In the transition between titles for a specific age, there is a period when some practices are still using up their inventory of the older book, while others have moved on to the newer title.  Use the link below to find the book(s) we're giving out now.

Time spent reading is time spent brain building!

  1. Ask your child questions about the story.

  2. Try different types of books like poetry, stories, information books, joke books and cookbooks.

  3. Read more than books like magazines, road signs, maps and email messages.

  4. Talk about the colors, letters and objects you see on the page.
