Greetings!

 

A new session of the Renew Your Health learning group will begin on Tuesday October 1st 2013 from 6:30-8:00 pm and will meet every Tuesday during the month of October (5 sessions). Because of excellent suggestions from our last group, this will be the best Renew Learning Group to date! 
 
Each session will consist of the following:
 
1) Topic discussion and Q&A by Dr. Stacey 
2) Light exercise/functional fitness by Jodi  
3) New! - Food/cooking demo by Barb

 

New! - We have put together a health calendar/planner that will be a useful tool for you to use as a guide on your journey to optimal health. 

 

Learning Group Instructors

 

Stacey Robinson, M.D. - board certified family physician specializing in optimal health, wellness and disease prevention

 

Jodi Jantomaso, CPT - personal trainer and fitness coach specializing in training and educating clients to incorporate creative physical activity into their daily lives 

 

Barb Mahlmeister, R.D., LD/N - licensed nutritionist specializing in using food as medicine to treat digestive disorders, obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease
