We need all Exchangites for one, or both of these two Saturday mornings to help put the finishing touches on the fairgrounds so we will be ready for our visitors.

Biscuits and drinks will be waiting for you at 8 am in the fair office so you don't have to eat before you come.

When you arrive, please sign in and be sure to put your cell phone numbers on the list  in case we need to get in touch with you while you are there.

If you have gas weed eaters or blowers, please bring them with you.  Also you may want to bring gloves, dust masks, and hand clipping tools as well.

Lance and his crew have already done the "heavy lifting", but we need to do the clipping and polishing.

 
This is for all Exchangites and a tradition of the Coosa Valley Fair.  Come early and socialize because there will be live entertainment while the crew gets everything setup and ready for you. 

Come hungry because Marie will have pulled pork bar-b-que and all the fixins to fill your tummy and even some hotdogs for kids to make them happy too.

You and your immediate family are invited to attend.

 
Family passes were distributed to all in attendance at last week's meeting and Barbara Carter will be doing so again at Friday's meeting. 
You may also pick up your family pass when you come to one of the work days or stop in the fair office.
