Paige will start offering hours at Affinity Medical starting in October 2012! Her Masters level NP training was completed at University of Phoenix. She has been an ICU nurse for many years and completed her intensive 300+ hour preceptorship with me last summer.

 MISSED OR LATE CANCELLATION APPOINTMENTS: for the courtesy of our schedule and other people who need to see me...we ask for a 24-hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. The office policy has changed to reflect a $50 charge for non-compliance.
 
"TALK SOFT" AUTOMATIC REMINDER FOR APPOINTMENT: we have incorporated an automatic reminder call system to your home or cell phone for your upcoming appointment.

I stepped into the world as a small business owner several years ago and have never looked back! Although the health care business is sometimes challenging the art of nursing and getting to be a part of 'your' world is rewarding and only deepens my affinity to this field.

Although I have practiced for 18 years (in the valley for the past 12 years);  being in Tempe has been a real blessing and continues to exceed my original goals. So much of my growth has come from personal referrals and I deeply appreciate them!

My practice is dedicated to Adult needs with a national speciality in Women's issues. I also specialize in preventive cardiovascular care, bio-identical hormone therapy and thyroid management. I love to write my monthly newsletter Archived Affinity newsletters
