State Bar Website Unavailable
In order to better serve our members, on Friday, May 31, the State Bar Website will be unavailable while the current member section is replaced by the State Bar Membership Portal. This Portal will allow members to handle their FRD, IOLTA and CLE reporting requirements and pay fees on line and in one easy step. On Monday, June 3, all members will receive an email containing instructions on how to log into their member account. Online submission of annual reporting requirements and payment of fees will be available shortly after your member account is created.

Annual Professional Limited Liability Organization Renewals
In order to insure that your PLLC is in compliance with the laws of The State of West Virginia, you need to file an annual renewal application with The State Bar. Any change in the corporate organization from the prior year must be reported and copies of current certificates of insurance are required. Every PLLC must also register an email address.
If your organization renewed online last year click here to login. If not please click here to register to complete your online renewal. PLLC Annual Renewal are due by July 1, 2013. W. Kendrick King- Law License Annulled
On May 16,2013, pursuant to a Rule 3.25 petition flled by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel, the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia issued an Order which annulled, by voluntary consent, Respondent W. Kendrick King's license to practice law in the State of West Virginia.
