The voting has begun for the 2013 (Above the Law) Law Revue Video Contest. The West Virginia University College of Law is one of the top six schools. Finalists also include UVA, NYU, Columbia, Washington University and UCLA. Voting ends at midnight, on Wednesday, May 1. Click here to vote

HIPAA Court Cases
The Executive Branch Privacy Management Team is compiling a list of court cases that address HIPAA issues. The Team is asking lawyers who are currently dealing with these issues, or who have dealt with these issues in the past, to provide the case name, county, judge, issue and resolution to Wendy Elswick, Assistant Attorney General, at wendy.a.elswick@wv.gov on or before June 1, 2013.
