The 2013 version of the State Bar membership directory is now available. The directory is a digital .PDF file that can be saved to your computer. As a service to our members, this version of the directory is only available through the member login.

Update Your Firm Information
The West Virginia State Bar has a new membership website coming soon! As a new feature, which will save time for our members, one representative of your office can be designated to enter the entire firm's mandatory Financial Responsibility Disclosure and IOLTA information. In order to collect the necessary information, we are asking all Bar members to report their firm name. If you work for a government entity, identify that entity as your "firm name." If you are a sole-practitioner, your name will be your "firm name." It is essential that we have this information before April 1, 2013. Click here to submit your firm name.

Citizen Soldier Nominations Open

Recording CLE Hours for Non-Approved Providers
At its meeting of January 11, 2013, The West Virginia State Bar Board of Governors approved a $20 fee for reporting CLE credit hours submitted for any program which has not received prior approval from the MCLE Commission. The filing fee will become effective for all non-approved hours submitted on or after March 18. Click here to view a copy of the form.
