The first Game of the Week event with the truck was last Friday when the Folsom Bulldogs defeated the Jesuit Marauders 42-28.

Highlights for each Game of the Week broadcast is made available at AccessLocal.TV in the days after the game.
Each of the broadcasts begins at 7 p.m. and can be seen on Comcast and Consolidated Communications cable channel 17, AT&T U-Verse channel 14 and from both the AccessSacramento.org and NFHS Network websites.

Attention Channel 18 Series Broadcasters
Save the date of Tuesday, Sept. 27 for the channel 18 producers and Providers lottery. The lottery will begin in the Access Sacramento TV studio at 4:30pm.
Shows on Channel 18 get the chance to reset once a year on Jan. 1 and the lottery is a fair way for each show to get their best opportunity to reach the perfect audience.
All Producer and Providers who hope to retain their existing broadcast window, or who hope to find a new slot in the weekly schedule are invited to the lottery drawing.

We're just four 1/2 weeks away from the world premiere of 10 original ALL-Sacramento based short films in the 17th annual "A Place Called Sacramento" Film Festival.
The movies will show Oct. 8 at 7 p.m. on the big screen at the historic Crest Theatre in downtown Sacramento.

The 10 stories have been filmed in Sacramento over the summer after volunteer production and acting crews were built last May. The 10 filmmakers had their winning scripts selected in a competitive review earlier in the year.
All local actors and production crews appear in the following films:

Folsom Zoo, Local Movie Making and Holistic Health on LiveWire
Tomorrow 5pm on Ch. 17
Access Sacramento's Live Wire tomorrow offers the Folsom Zoo's Growl, Howl & Wine, plus "A Place Called Sacramento" Film Festival filmmaker Danna Wilberg, and the Healing Arts Festival beginning at 5pm on Channel 17.
"Growl, Howl and Wine" is a benefit for the Folsom City Zoo Sanctuary with live music and unique auction items to raise funds to enhance the lives of the wildlife and community programs that teach responsible behavior towards all animals. Regional wineries, micro-brewers and local restaurants along with live music and a few of our animal friends will join in this annual celebration and event.
Next Danna Wilberg joins us to discuss her upcoming short film, Afternoon Delight that will be premiering at the 17th Annual A Place Called Sacramento Film Festival.
Wilberg is a multiple winner over the years for "A Place Called Sacramento." Her film this year is described by the slogan: "When love is in the air... some things are best kept secret." She'll explain what that means during Wednesday's show. And then Prasanna Hankins joins Host Ray Tatar to discuss the upcoming Healing Arts Festival. The Healing Arts Festival is Sacramento's Premiere Metaphysical and Holistic Expo offering a place for healing of body, mind, and soul. They hope to help attendees embrace all spiritual paths and expressions of unity. National Conference Promotes Public Access and Community Media on Radio and TV

Martin joined the national board of directors representing community media centers like Access Sacramento from across six western states.
The Alliance for Community Media provides information and public policy support in representing public, educational and government access broadcasters before the FCC and U.S. Congress.
This year's annual convention featured important networking opportunities and training sessions in support of creating technology opportunities for everyday citizens who desire to get their stories in front of a TV or radio audience.
