Production crew from Director Chris Henry's "Faster" take to the streets.
|
The 10 stories have been filmed in Sacramento over the summer after volunteer production and acting crews were built last May. The 10 filmmakers had their winning scripts selected in a competitive review earlier in the year.
All local actors and production crews appear in the following films:
"Afternoon Delight" by Danna Wilberg "The Black Carnation" by J. Thomas Schuessler "Capitol Treasure" by John Maniaci "City of Trees" by Eric Sanderson "Coming Back" by Scott Slotterbeck "Faster" by Chris Henry "Happy Accidents" by Nick Coleman "The Last Laugh" by Darrell Scheidegger "A Neighborhood Lost - Sacramento's Japantown" by Jeffrey Dym "Regrets" by Larry Menard
This festival was created by former Access Sacramento Executive Director Ron Cooper in 1990 as a was showcase and support local filmmakers who couldn't get their movies onto the big screen. As a process, it turned out to the the original Project Greenlight method, and now has been replicated in many other communities.
Support local filmmaking by getting your tickets today.
