HD Remote Truck For Access
Sacramento Approaching

We are excitedly awaiting the arrival and completion of a uniquely designed high-definition remote production truck being built especially for us.

Stairs will lead to the two doors where the technicians will work. Storage in the belly-bays will securely store equipment for use during Hometown TV events.

It's a 21-foot box behind the cab-over Isuzu engine and we're very thankful for the support of the Sacramento Metropolitan Cable Television Commission for helping us take the next step toward a fully high-definition workflow.

Audio booth under construction
The back door opens into the audio booth, and the forward door opens into the video control room with camera switcher, instant replay and high-definition recording, transmission and graphics equipment.

The counter tops, air-conditioning, generator, roof-top camera platform, and awning should be finished this week which will leave about six weeks for integrator  TV Pro Gear to do the HD equipment installation and wiring before the Access Sacramento vehicle is premiered at the NAB Show in Las Vegas, NV April 18.
