Once a year, the Sacramento Video Industry Professionals (Sac VIPs) bring many of the biggest broadcast technology companies together to showcase their products to local video pros, amateurs and hobbists. Sac VIPs calls it a "Mini-NAB" which is reminiscent for broadcasters of the gigantic NAB Show in Las Vegas, America's largest electronic broadcasting vendor show of the year. New Location & Time
Tuesday, June 30
5:30pm - 8:30 pm
Coloma Community Center Auditorium
Vendors include: This month's gathering of the Sac VIPS marks a turning point in this year's new relationship with Access Sacramento. The Sac VIPs sessions are moving to the Coloma Community Center after a decade of meetings in Rancho Cordova because the meeting space is being remodeled for new building owners. Earlier this year, the Sac VIPs Board of Directors asked to be brought under Access Sacramento's non-profit umbrella, in support of the joint missions to support creative storytelling and video production in the Sacramento area. For the future, the Sac VIPs monthly meeting will move to the the last TUESDAY of every month, and will be held in the Coloma Community Center Auditorium -- The site of next week's Mini NAB trade show.
