Our Writers turned Producers have created ten amazing short films all 10 minutes and under. We are so proud of their accomplishments and happy to share their Sacramento inspired stories.
We congratulate them on production accomplishments and as winners of this year's PCS writing competition.
Many of the Filmmakers are available for media interviews and want to tell you about their films and film-making experiences.

Sacramento River Delta Water Documentary to air Sunday 8pm on Access Sacramento
This Sunday's "Media Edge" program on Access Sacramento will feature a special documentary that examines efforts to protect the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta area.
Media Edge airs Sunday at 8 p.m. on Access Sacramento, Comcast/Surewest Cable Channel 17, and AT&T U-Verse Channel 99.
Within the Media Edge program, the documentary "Over Troubled Waters" examines the Sacramento-San Joaquin delta, America's largest marine estuary on the west coast and how some claim the national treasure is being seriously threatened by politics designed to take the water and create corporate wealth.
It's a battle that's been fought for years by the folks who live west of Sacramento to protect the rich ecosystem and heritage near their homes.
Narrated by Ed Begley, Jr, the report is visually rich and illustrates how the people of the Delta are encouraging sane and sustainable water policies designed to benefit all the people of California.
The program can also be seen on the Internet Sunday at 8pm by going to the Access Sacramento home page
www.accesssacramento.org and pushing Watch TV-17.
"Media Edge" is a is a video magazine series produced by "We the Media" - an all volunteer nonprofit group dedicated to bringing independent progressive video programming - both locally & nationally distributed - to community access channels like Access Sacramento.

Classic North County Football Clash
Friday night LIVE on Game of the Week
By Will James
Access Sacramento Game of the Week
A spicy Week-2 confrontation is the focal point of Access Sacramento's Home Town Sports Game-of-the-Week telecast on Friday when the Antelope Titans visit the Rio Linda Knights.
Both teams are looking to rebound from tough defeats to solid ball clubs last week. Antelope was defeated at home by Monterey Trail, 32-21, while visiting Rio Linda fell in the final seconds to Roseville, 22-14.
The Titans -- out to avenge last season's 15-14 home loss to Rio Linda -- are led by returning All-Athletic League quarterback Tyler McCombs. Running back Marcel Brown sparks the Knights offense.
This evenly matched contest should produce a tight, crowd-pleasing game with plenty of action you won't want to miss.
Tune in Friday at 7pm on Access Sacramento, Comcast and SureWest Cable channel 17 or AT&T U-Verse Channel 99.
The game will also be streamed live on the Internet from www.AccessSacramento.org Push, watch TV-17.
