We Are All In and Taking Action!

Our work toward ending homelessness is about to reach a key milestone-if you join us today in taking action!

After a yearlong strategic planning and community engagement process organized by the Homeless Action Partnership, Smart Solutions, and the United Way, the countywide strategic plan to prevent, reduce and eventually end homelessness is written!

Read the plan here:

All In- Toward A Home For Every County Resident

Now, the plan is scheduled to be considered for approval by the County of Santa Cruz and the four cities in our county starting tomorrow!

Take Action right now to advance our efforts to reduce and end homelessness!

Do We See the People or the Problem?

Room For Improvement
