So many frames, so little wall space!
We recently visited the annual West Coast
Art & Frame show where new designs are introduced and trends are started.
This is what we found!

One of the biggest returning trends, after a long hiatus,
is reclaimed wood. What's old is new with a variety of twists. This style resembles timber rescued from old barns, factories, warehouses and even wine barrels. There are new shapes and "today" colors, even floater frames for canvas art. Reclaimed wood frames pair nicely with beach, rustic and folk art. They lend a casual appeal to your treasures.

Faux tortoise shell is back and better than ever! These dark brown, richly textured frames go best with elegant, old-style prints that would fit right in at an Ivy League University library. Tortoise shell frames can be best described as "classic" and "stately", bringing a sense of gravitas to your decor. |
In our 36 years of business, we have never seen anything like this for a custom frame... shells in a gorgeous mother-of-pearl veneer. They are available in three sizes and finishes: shimmery white, champagne gold and iridescent pearl. These frames are cutting edge, tres chic and absolutely stunning in person. Elegant enough for bridal portraits or botanicals and magnificent for mirrors, these frames are sure to stand out.

Color remains strong after a 10 year absence

If you're looking for some fun, you've got to check out our selection of acrylic
frames. They come in glossy or frosted, and with more than 80 colors to choose from, they can be uniquely customized in thousands of ways. These frames have a modern, playful feel and work great with a variety of art including invitations, whimsy and children's book illustrations. They even lend a contemporary twist to traditional art.
|

Cool, modern, colorful and industrial are words that define our selection of vibrant
painted welded steel
frames. They are fresh and just waiting for the right piece of art to complement. These funky frames can be personalized with any color combo to create a unique look. Welded steel frames go great with mixed- media or non-traditional art and posters but you'd be surprised at how fantastic they work with more traditional styles.
