Either way, you will always have opportunities to practice riding skills you know, learn one that you don't, meet old friends, and make new ones."

Being thankful for a great year at BMWVC!
It's been a wonderful year so far and we are looking to top it off in the months ahead. So many things happening at BMWVC this month, the arrival of the new line of scooters from BMW, the introduction of Venture Riders, the GS Venture Challenge update and what November would be complete without a BLACK-FRIDAY SALE!
The BMW Scooters hit the floor and just as fast started heading out the door. We are each taking our turn on the Vermillion Red GT DEMO unit we have and some would be surprised at how easily an avid motorcyclist is swayed to fall in love with this machine. We could hardly get Cameron to stop talking about it after he took it home one evening. We are so impressed with it that we have four more on the way already and have requested more from BMW. Oktoberfest!
BMWVC Open House - Report |
Once again our Fall Open House was a great success. The beautiful day saw our morning visitors greeted with apple strudel and we got the day off to a raucous start with the Balance Challenge. The new Scooter was a crowd pleaser as well as the many give-aways and in-store specials.
The Balance Challenge was a highlight of the day and raised a hefty donation for the Ride for Kids! The winner with a time of 24.47 seconds was Greg Goodsell. He took home a brand new BMW Navigator IV, congratulations Greg! 2nd place went to Eric Munck, at 21.5 seconds and 3rd place was Peter Kneuper with a time of 20.63 seconds - thanks to all those who participated.

| November 2012 Photo Contest | 
The rules are simple.
It must have a BMW motorcycle in it, it must be a picture you took and have the legal right to publish and it must be in good taste. One entry per person and the previous month's winner is not eligible. Sorry but we have to keep it fair.
By submitting a picture you are giving BMW Motorcycles of Ventura County permission to publish it on our website, Facebook page and newsletter free of any payment, except for the winner which will be entitled to the BMWVC Hat and $50 Gift Card!
Winner will be announced in the December newsletter and on Facebook.
