Greetings to each and everyone of you:
I had the chance to visit my son recently, who lives in California. I just love how beautiful the mountains are and how you can see them everywhere. As I commented on the view he grinned and said, "oh yeah - you get used to looking at mountains here." I realize how often I overlook my own scenery, forgetting to pause and reflect on the beauty around me everyday.
July brings fireworks, hot days, and all the wonderful distractions that come with a Minnesota summer. Green Lotus has a full compliment of workshops and master classes to inspire and relax you. In between kids activities, boating, yard work and family time, remember to breathe and take a moment to appreciate the beauty around you. We have a full compliment of events and master classes to inspire and relax you.
In honor of Independence day, we will be open for one morning, grounding Hatha Yoga class at each center (times).
Have a safe holiday, we look forward to seeing you soon.
Merry Beth
