Laughter has been shown to be a natural stress reliever and mood elevator, with cardiovascular and immune system benefits.
The course blends science with ancient wisdom to create modern practices & programs, and explains how they work.
This course includes all of the necessary theory, materials, skills, and support to immediately help others to attain positive outcomes in education, business, and healthcare.

Multimedia workshop gives hands-on experience with personal coaching and extended support
Psychologist, author and internationally recognized authority on therapeutic laughter, Steve Wilson, will facilitate this 2-day Certified Laughter Leader training in Aplena. This innovative opportunity for the community is made possible by a unique partnership between Better Living Massage Center and Spa and the World Laughter Tour. Wilson explained, "You've heard of Art Therapy and Music Therapy. Now, there is Laughter Therapy. World Laughter Tour is the premier provider of training in Laughter Therapy. More than 6,000 people have completed the training and are touching lives with laughter around the world. This is functional learning with a mission. For 13 years we have been putting activities and strategies for well-being into the hands of a variety of practitioners." Rose Nowak, owner/Certified Massage Therapist, said, "We are delighted to bring this innovative educational opportunity to our area. The program will enable professionals and volunteers to show others how hearty laughter and healthy living go hand in hand with a balanced life." The workshop will cover the science of laughter as well as strategies to improve life at home, at work, and support for anyone engaged in healing. Nowak added, "This happy method is effective and popular in rehabilitation settings, Senior services, employee wellness, cancer and other healthcare support communities, and with school children." The workshop is open to everyone who helps people face life's challenges. It is supported by key researchers and practitioners in the field, and it is recognized by health & human services professions for continuing education.
"You don't have to be a clown or even be able to tell jokes," Wilson added. "If you are mature, responsible and cheerful, you can be successful as a Certified Laughter Leader." Register Now Call 614-855-4733, or CLICK HERE
