"I urge Attorney General DeWine to file a 'Motion for Rehearing' in the gay marriage case. Justices Ginsburg & Kagan performed homosexual 'weddings,' so they violated Federal Law & must recuse themselves."


Federal law says:  "Any justice, judge, or magistrate judge of the United States shall disqualify himself in any proceeding in which his impartiality might reasonably be questioned."
--28 U.S. Code § 455

Supreme Court Rule 44 allows for a "Motion Requesting a Rehearing" within 25 days. If AG Mike DeWine files a motion in the next few days, the case can be reheard, potentially without Justices Ginsburg & Kagan! It ONLY TAKES 4 JUSTICES to agree to a Rehearing...and we have 4!

Justice Scalia called the Obergefell decision a "threat to American Democracy."

Besides DeWine, 2 other Ohio officials have legal standing to file this motion:
