Greetings!
With the unexpected illness & death of Beverly Cunningham, one of the most loyal of our members since 2004, we come face-to-face with our own mortality. With the loss of someone close to our hearts, there is a need to do "something" to honor their life & the family left behind.
Serenity Hikers is a close knit group of over 130 members of all ages who are bonded & fed physically, emotionally & spiritually by our connection to nature. As we walk the paths & trails together, we share & commune....with something greater than ourselves.
In memory of Bev's life, Serenity Hikers will sponsor a living tree on the campus of Masonic Homes & The Olmsted with a bronze plaque staked at its base that reads: Honoring the life of Beverly Cunningham, 1937-2016, by Serenity Hikers.

Your name will be on a sympathy card from the Serenity Hikers to her daughter, Brenda Bradshaw in Atlanta, GA. This will continue as a tradition for EACH MEMBER who passes so that we will have a beautiful natural setting to take memorial walks & revisit the lives & memories of our members in the years to come.
