Upcoming Schedule of Events
We continue our fall series this week with the topic embracing change. It is true that life is constantly changing. Our cells our dying daily and being replaced by new more alive cells. In a sense our spiritual understanding is in a state of constant change. And yet, when change hits to close to home or change seems to happen to our long held beliefs there is a sense of anxiety. This is itself not bad. A little anxiety, at least from my perspective, means I am challenging myself or trying new things. I am willing to step, at least a few inches beyond my comfort zone to expand my understanding of the world. But, when the anxiety rises to high it can elicit fear and retrenchment. We close ourselves off as a strategy to protect ourselves. Learning to embrace change, rather then resist it, can be a positive step in our spiritual evolution.

Please join us and continue to do your work individually or in one of our home study groups as we explore embracing change. Rev Ray will provide the message, Jacque Saltzman will lead our meditation, and Deb Reinhardt-Brocious will provide the special music. We hope to see you Sunday and may you be blessed on your spiritual journey. We behold the Christ in you.
