9 am Unity Prayer Service
 11:00 am Sunday Celebration Service

Greetings!

We begin, this week, a 4 week series on Edwene Gaines book the 4 spiritual laws of Prosperity. For those who were in attendance for Edwene's talk and workshop prosperity from a Unity point of view is far greater than mere material wealth. Prosperity is healthy relationships, serenity and peace of mind in all situations, wisdom and guidance, and the all the material wealth you need and desire to fulfill your life's purpose. Our desires and longings are the urgings and yearnings of Spirit/God to have us experience more of what life has to offer. It is through our yearnings and desires that we become motivated and take action, always a necessary step, to make manifest our dreams. We just learn to unleash the hidden desires of the Spirit seeking to express in and through us.

As part of the series, the Board will be speaking to the congregation on the church finances, identified patterns and possibilities and suggestions for action. One of the suggestions will be a request to participate in our committed giving program. Committed giving helps the staff plan the year and will even out some of the dips that occur naturally throughout the year. In addition, we will reintroduce to the congregation the Total Prosperous Living Program. For those unfamiliar with the program the congregation will commit to three local organizations a portion of our monthly tithe. This year we are going to ask that we adopt the organizations as our community projects and give our time and talent as well. You will be hearing more about this in the weeks to come. Stay tuned.

Rev Ray will be the speaker, Robin Nelson will provide the meditation, and Colette Delaney will be the special musical guest.

Next week, Derby Sunday, Martha Creek will be speaking and give a workshop on the topic of "Set Yourself Free." Please plan to attend as Martha is very busy. We booked her almost a year in advance to get her on our schedule.
