9 am Unity Prayer Service 11:00 am Sunday Celebration Service
Greetings!
Helen Keller wrote "Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much." This is the essence of the work we have undertaken as a congregation. Together as we discover and celebrate our past we create the context and the consciousness for even greater expression of our Divine potential. Together in the course of the next few weeks and months we will discover our cores values and develop a new vision and mission to guide us boldly into our future. Together we will discover our individual and collective passions and develop the plans and structures to actively put our passions into action.
There is a yearning within each of us to express our true Divine potential. The yearning is the pull of God for ever greater expansion and expression of our true potential. I encourage everyone to come Saturday the 21st from 9 am to 3 pm as we "mine our past" for insights and observations of our collective past. Knowing where we have come from will provide the foundation for our next steps and our future. All are welcome. This is not a program designed to get more volunteers or to ask for more money. This is a program to assist us as a congregation to set the direction of our future together.
Please join us this Sunday as we continue our series on prayer. This week Rev Val will speak on the Unity style of prayer; affirmations and denials. kRi and Hettie will be providing our special music, Debbie Reinhardt-Brocious is our song leader, and our ministerial intern Gwen Moser will lead our meditation.

Unity of Louisville's 9:00 AM Prayer ServiceEach Sunday morning at 9 am, Rev. Ray or Rev. Valerie lead the congregation through a quiet meditative experience.
We begin by becoming present to the Now moment and connecting with God, then we move to affirm the peace within our self, we ask for Divine guidance, we affirm our wholeness, then affirm our prosperity, and realize a World at Peace.
In between these affirmative statements and readings we have a time to rest and contemplate, at the end of the service we go into the silence to listen to the still small voice.
We say Thank You God, for all that we give and receive.
We invite you to join us each week for this amazing spiritual journey of Oneness.
