We conclude our book study this week of Brene Brown's The Gifts of Imperfection. We are learning to live wholehearted lives through the cultivation of courage, compassion, and connection. My friends it takes courage to live beyond the limitations of the masks and persona's society would have us exist in. It takes compassion to accept that we are ok no matter what the external reality may tell us or how many mistakes we make. It takes connection as we walk our path for though no one can walk your walk it is more fun and powerful to walk together. There are times we may forget the truth and it is through our connection we are guided to remember.

          Why live a wholehearted life? Seems like a lot of work and trouble. We learn to live a wholehearted life because that is what we are called to. We are made manifest to create the Kingdom of Heaven here on earth. We never know if our transformation to claiming our wholeness will be the tipping point for humanity. Unity teaches and preaches transformation as a path to spiritual enlightenment. Living wholehearted from the truth of our being is the quickest and most powerful form of Transformation. You are a beloved child of God perfect, whole, and complete in every way. Living wholehearted aligns our being, with our words, and actions. Be well my friends.
