9 am Healing & Prayer Service 11:00 am Sunday Celebration Service
Greetings!
We move forward with gratitude and joy, as we enter our fifth week in our Fall Program Book Study, The Gifts of Imperfections. We make choices each moment of the day. Each choice in itself is simple but it may not always be easy.
When we practice gratitude and joy we can make consciousness choices which allow our hearts to sing. We let go of our scarcity thinking and move into grace then our lives are rich and filled with unlimited blessings.

Women's Group October 23 6:30 to 8:30 pm Yoga Nidra
Please bring a pillow and small blanket. No yoga or meditation experience is needed Yoga Nidra is one of the deepest forms of meditation and relaxation. Yoga nidra suspends us in the gap between wakefulness and sleeping, where we are most receptive. It may appear that you are merely meditating or napping, but your consciousness is operating on a deeper level.
During yoga nidra, we have access to our inner healing wisdom. We discover how to rest in life's natural ups and downs. By witnessing sensations, emotions and thoughts during deep relaxation, we have less tendency to react, reject or judge. As opposed to other forms of "relaxation" which are mostly diversions of the senses (such golf, reading, watching movies, shopping, etc.), yoga nidra offers us complete relaxation. This is accomplished through a systematic progression of relaxing each "body" from the physical or gross body through the spiritual or subtle body.
