9 am Healing & Prayer Service 11:00 am Sunday Celebration Service
Greetings!
Living a wholehearted life is a choice we must make every day. So much of what we do everyday moment by moment is part of a pattern or a habit we have developed over the years. For most of us we have some good life affirming habits and some that are not as powerful or a useful as we wish. It is our responsibility to notice and practice those habits that bring us more joy, peace and happiness.
Recently I have noticed for myself how easy it is to allow circumstances or conditions affect my actions and my habits. I have not been feeling well the last couple of months on found myself letting go of some choices I had made concerning journaling, exercise, and meditation. It is so easy to fall into old patterns and not even know you are falling. A Course tells me to be vigilant only for the Kingdom of Heaven. When I fall asleep and revert to old tired worn out thinking and behaviors.
It is about practice. It is about making a new choice in each moment. It is about growing in understanding and having compassion for those times I fall short. It is not about perfection or doing it right. It is about doing my best knowing and trusting my best is enough.

Community Outreach
Stand Down / Project Homeless Connect
This year Unity of Louisville will be supporting the Stand Down / Project Homeless Connect by collecting towels, new personal care items (toothbrush, tooth paste, deodorant, shampoo, etc.) new socks, new underwear, winter coats for men, women and children. Items will be collected now through October 29 in the Social Room. Let's join together to help those in our neighborhood with "A Hand Up".
Stand Down / Project Homeless Connect provides an opportunity in which agencies and other interested volunteers can develop a more cohesive network through aggressive outreach to those living on the streets who other side would not seek or receive assistance.
