KITNews February 2015

Dear KIT Friends,

it's cold outside and it's busy inside KIT's office!

I have many happy announcements to share with you:

1. I have been awarded a grant by the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council for the Mandragola, a play you'll be seeing on stage this upcoming April together with the Decameron (see below);
2. KIT has been invited to perform the Decameron at a conference on Boccaccio in Baltimore at the end of April;

3. In Scena! Italian Theater Festival NY is growing considerably. This year we are

doubling the number of companies and of locations (and events!);

4. We are organizing a fun fundraising on April 8th where you can come and support KIT! In the meantime, if you feel donating, go to KIT's Support Page.

That's all for now... stay tuned, there is so much coming up!

With love and love and love,

Laura&KIT

KIT is in the process of having its website renovating.

New section will be added, a big one on education, and each show and presentation will have a better dedicated space, with videos and photos. We are also adding a blog!

If you experience problems with KIT website, we do apologize in advance. We plan to have the new website running by middle of March. It will be a slow process, but we are determined to bring you a great new site where to get news and information about Italian culture and KIT's work.

We can't wait to share the new born with you!
