On Wednesday, May 29th Hawksworth will welcome Felton Road winemaker Blair Walter to an exclusive winemaker dinner that promises to be truly extraordinary. Blair is an exceptional character, blessed equally with intellectual brilliance and extreme modesty. He is a captivating and insightful speaker, with the special ability to articulate complex ideas in such a way that they are made to seem simple.

The evening will showcase Felton Road's rare Central Otago 2011 Riesling, the splendidly burgundian Bannockburn Chardonnay 2010, and two stellar Pinot Noirs: 2011 Block 5 and 2011 Calvert, paired with the exquisite contemporary cuisine of Chef Hawksworth and his team.
