Greetings!
I talk to a lot of people and this month we seemed to focus on their work, what they enjoy and how they work with their customers. Some are happy in their work - the phrase "If you enjoy what you do you won't work a day in your life" comes to mind. Others struggle to get through each day.
The common thread seems to be that those who are living their life and getting paid for their work seem to be more content than those who work to earn a living and then live their lives. In the case of the latter, there's an inherent inconsistency and trying to find a balance can be exhausting.
Two types of people, doing the same jobs, with completely different outcomes. That tells me the difference is in the eye of the beholder. In the spirit of Halloween, is it a monster or a kid having fun?
