Tap it Out is a free outdoor public event. It is a contemporary percussion and movement "soundscape" that promotes TAP DANCE as pure music, while consciously deconstructing the basic elements that propel tap forward. Worldwide students of all ages and levels, join to create a chorus of hundreds of tapping feet.

Rockin' in Rhythm
February 14 - 15, 2015
The Rockin' in Rhythm Teen Tap Intensive brings together dynamic and diverse youth ensembles from across the country to perform their best works on a New York City stage, and then hit & swing on our American Tap Dance Center floors to learn new rhythms and moves with their contemporaries in master classes. Our goal is to unite, share and inspire through a weekend of rockin' rhythms & music for everyone.

Tap Future
Tap City puts ALL of our students on stage in a fun show of youth, teen and adult students. Tap dancers will perform for each other-on Broadway!--in an informal performance featuring the newly minted work from all of the Tap City Residencies from the Youth, Pre-Professional and Adult Programs. It's a chance to see and be seen, with all performers sitting in the audience to watch the works of fellow students, amateurs and professionals from around the world.
