• Incorporation Process - we are in the midst of incorporating in the State of Florida. The incorporation process itself has gone smoothly thus far, but we have hit some snags in the review of our Constitution and Bylaws. We are working with an excellent lawyer on this. Pray that we are able to address the issues soon so that the process can continue.
• A Job for Stephen O'Guin - We are excited that Stephen O'Guin is joining our team this fall!  Stephen will be helping with worship ministry and connecting with young adults.  He will need a job once he arrives. Palmwood Church plans to pay him once we have grown. Please pray that he finds the right job during his visit at the end of September.
• Meeting People - The Lord gives our team members Divine appointments almost every day. It's really exciting to see how he's helping us make connections. Pray that God would help us connect with people who are ready to investigate Jesus and participate in our LifeGroups.  We are now ready to grow.
• LifeGroups - As we move toward our public launch next spring, we are prayerfully attempting to establish 5 LifeGroups that will meet on different nights of the week in different neighborhoods (East Orlando, Oviedo and Winter Park). Right now we have two. We believe that the majority of our growth will come from these LifeGroups rather than the Sunday morning experience.  Pray that we can serve and connect well with our neighbors, friends, colleagues and others the Lord brings our way!
• Working Toward Launch - After several major hurdles over the first six months, we are now moving well toward a planned public launch of Palmwood Church on Resurrection Sunday 2016! There is much to do to be ready for the launch.  Our core team meets weekly to work through the details and to pray together.  Please pray for our team, our connections with people, our discipleship environments, our legal "stuff," our finances and our need for a more central location in which to worship by next spring.
