SPECIAL PRAYER UPDATE:
Praying Friends, a special news update will be forthcoming to catch you up on the life and ministry of the Palmwood Church Team. So much has happened over the last few months. We're very excited.
But today we want to ask all of you to be praying for a family with whom God has connected us. Chris is a man Pastor John met. Chris and his family are going through a lot. The Palmwood Family has been praying for them, but we'd really like to rally the troops on their behalf. In the last two weeks:
- Chris has received a promotion that requires a lot of extra transitional work/time
- Chris' mother, Karin, was rushed to the hospital with a heart attack
- Chris' wife, Betsy, was rushed to the hospital with heart issues that turned out to be another medical problem
- Chris' brother, Jason, has been losing significant weight and they are checking to see if he may have a form of leukemia
There are some other challenging circumstances with Chris' family as well. Would you please be lifting each of these folks up in prayer, asking for both healing and wisdom? Pray that God would move in a way that shows his love and his power. And pray for us to know how to best come alongside this family in grace and ministry.
