During the recent storms the AUMC church steeple was struck by lightening. Professional assessment of the damage and stability of the structure is currently underway. During
the next few months there will be varying stages of repair and replacement. Please bear
with us as we undertake this major task. The Trustees' objective is to restore the steeple to
its original stately presence within the Aledo community.

Student Ministries Endless Summer

We will be going to Burger's Lake, Six Flags, a Texas Rangers Game, Coyote Drive-In, and Camping. All information and registration for youth and adult volunteers can be found on the Student Ministries page at aledoumc.org.

AUMC Children's Summer Activities

We have some awesome activities planned at Aledo UMC Kids this Summer! Join us for Esther Strong - a Gracefully Strong mini camp, a fun Triumph Sports Camp that includes several sports and a daily Bible lesson, and our amazing annual Vacation Bible School with tons of amazing God sightings, awesome music, crafts, games, and Bible stories. Summer AUMC Children's Ministry Mission Project

Socks and underwear drive supporting the Aledo Children's AdvoCats Clothes Closet. Underwear is needed for children through youth (adult size - no show socks, ladies bikini underwear and men's boxer briefs are especially needed for older students).
