Davis Estate Sale
There will a large estate sale at 127 Turkey Run, the former home of long-time residents Bob and Terry Davis. It starts Thursday and continues through Saturday, April 6th. The sale is being advertised on Craig's List, so we can expect a lot of traffic over the three days of the sale by non-residents who may not realize that Turkey Run is very narrow and has a blind turn. The Davis residence, unfortunately, sits right on the blind turn. We will have Echo on duty during the sale to help with traffic. Some of the cars will be directed up Turkey Run to park on Turkey Hill and others will be asked to park on Big Oaks. Given this scenario, there will also be a number of individuals walking on the roads near the Davis residence. Everyone is asked to use caution when driving through this area and to be alert for individuals who may be unfamiliar with Trout Valley. In addition, we would ask that if you notice an individual who may be lost or confused, please offer to point them in the right direction.

A Word about TV Email Blasts
Now that we have a weekly newsletter, email blasts will be used less frequently. If you have a submission, please submit it to Bob Baker at troutvalleyblasts@gmail.com.
Email blasts are to be used for items that are time-sensitive or important news - lost pets, death of a resident, extreme weather conditions, etc. Please note that we do not want to abuse the use of email blasts for regular items, as we want residents to realize that when they receive a blast, it is for an important purpose. The email blasts are not a substitute, but rather a complement to the newsletter .
We will review all email blast requests and if we feel they meet the criteria, we will send out an email blast within a reasonable time period. If it is determined that the information does not merit an email blast, we will make sure it appears in the next newsletter.

Deed Restriction of the month:
It's that time of year when we start thinking about spring and summer activities. It's also time to swap out any winter toys (e.g. snowmobiles) by the end of March, for summer toys (boats). Boats should then be removed from your property by the end of October. There's nothing sadder than a snowmobile in July or a boat in January!
11b.
No recreational equipment
such as boats and boat trailers, recreational vehicles, campers, horse trailers and similar mobile recreational items may be stored, kept, placed or maintained on any lot except during the period or season of active use as defined or determined by the Trout Valley Association.

A Few Notes About This New
Newsletter Format:
In order to view these newsletter graphics, you may have to click something in your email to "allow images." Because all mobile devices vary, you may see color or formatting differences on those devices. You may need to "download" the rest of the newsletter at the bottom of the email on iPhones. You should be able to see a panel of articles on the left and a side bar on the right. Please help us collect email addresses from neighbors who may not be receiving this newsletter. If you wish to change or update your own email, there is a link in the footer below.
The issues will go out on Fridays, although we don't yet know if we will need one every Friday. We welcome news from the neighborhood, including the news of new babies, kudos for kids, events, club activities, board activities, etc. We will continue to add links as information is updated, such as the budget and minutes from meetings. Wednesday will be the cutoff date for an issue that goes out on a Friday. There is a link at the bottom with the email address for submitting articles and/or photos for the newsletter.
