Lights on Celebration. For most Main Street programs the holidays are a special opportunity to involve the community and share the pride of their accomplishments. On Dec 1st the RedFork Main Street and the Red Fork Art Gallery hosted the "2012 Lights on Celebration".
Red Fork Holiday Cards
are available at the Red Fork Art Gallery for $10.00 (25 cards). Artist, Tom Verdel, designed the 2012 Red Fork Christmas card (art to the right). You can see his art along  with other local accomplished artists at the Red Fork Art Gallery & Studio, 4071 Southwest Blvd, Tulsa.

Data Base of Available Property. Economic restructuring means finding new purposes for Main Street's enterprises. With the help of volunteer and Board Member, Gail Rose, RedFork Main Street will begin to document un-occupied space in order to help recruit new businesses. Gail Rose, a realtor with Gasaway Rose, Chinowth & Cohen Realtors has will be collecting the information that will be placed on the RedFork Main Street website, distributed to other realtors and made available to future business owners. Red Fork Lions Club
The Red Fork Lions Club was chartered in 1939 and has met every 2nd and 4th Thursday since that time. When ask what services the  Lions hold dear to their hearts we were told they support the Boy Scout Troop #28, Cub Scouts and their eye glass program. Red Fork Lions Club collects used eye glasses, about 1000 per year, and donates them to Neighbor for Neighbor. You can donate eyes glasses to the Lions Club by dropping them off at any MET Center. Holiday Banners will soon adorn the Red Fork h  istoric area for the holidays. The banners are imprinted with the names of the five Red Fork area companies who sponsored the banners: HollyFrontier, Goodwill Industries, OSU Health Sciences, Redberry Farms and ONB Community Bank. The banners will be a nice finishing touch for the holidays at Red Fork. |
