Lawrence High School's Class of 2015 graduates
Last night was the culmination of Lawrence High School's (LHS) Class of 2015's high school career as students graduated at the Sun Center Arena.  Dr. Jon Dauber, LHS principal, was principal for these students beginning seven years ago when he was principal of Lawrence Intermediate School. In photo, Dr. Dauber addresses the class.

Principal Jay Billy personifies ice cream sundae and wins big for books
Slackwood School's (SL) PTO member Vanessa Jerez entered Principal Billy's photo from this year's Scholastic Book Fair into the company's national contest.  The photo of turning Mr. Billy into a human ice cream sundae won for "What Would You Do For Books." SL is the Presidential winner in that category and will receive $500 Scholastic Dollars credited to its Book Fair account.  Principal Billy stated, "For $500 worth of books, I'd pretty much do anything."

Summer assignments - grades 7-12

Summer assignments for all students entering grades 7-12 are available on the Lawrence Middle School (LMS) and Lawrence High School (LHS) websites.

 

All students entering grades 7 and 8 at LMS must complete a Math Packet for the class/course they will take in September. Math placements are listed on June report cards.

All students entering grades 9-12 at LHS must complete a Math assignment for the class/course they will take in September. Students taking Honors and AP courses in English, Humanities, Studio Art, Science, Social Studies, and World Language must also complete corresponding assignments for those courses.

LTPS-TV This Weekend

   

Saturday & Sunday, June 27-28, LTPS-TV will broadcast four new programs on Comcast Channel 19 and Verizon Channel 37 in Lawrence Township:


 

LHS Girls Varsity Softball recorded 5/7/15  (approximately 1 hour 43 minutes)

7:30AM, 12PM, 6:30PM, & 11PM

The girls take on Princeton in the final Cardinal Sports broadcast of the school year.

 

LHS Cardboard Boat Races recorded 6/17/15  (approximately 15 minutes)

6AM, 10:30AM, 5PM, & 9:30PM

Students in the Applied Engineering class compete for grades in boats designed by the students and built from cardboard.

 

LMS Farewell Ceremony recorded 6/18/15  (approximately 1 hour 3 minutes)

5AM, 9:30AM, 4PM, & 8:30PM

Lawrence Middle School 8th Graders take part in a "formal moving" on ceremony at Rider University.

 

BF Thank-You Mr. Turnbull recorded 6/22/15  (approximately 34 minutes)

6:30AM, 11AM, 5:30PM, & 10PM

Students and faculty at Ben Franklin School bid farewell to Principal Chris Turnbull.
