LTPS Replaces 90-Minute Delay Schedule with 120-Minute Delay Schedule
LTPS has replaced its 90-minute delayed opening schedule with a 2-hour or 120-minute delayed opening schedule. Thus, effective immediately, whenever a delayed opening is announced, it will be a 2-hour or 120-minute delayed opening rather than the 90-minute delay previously used.
The reason for the change is to allow our custodial/maintenance staff more time to shovel/ salt our parking lots and sidewalks. Additionally the change affords our teaching staff members more time for safe travel to work.
What does this mean for bus pick-ups? If a 2-hour delayed opening is announced, this means the bus will come approximately 2 hours later than the regular pick-up time.
