QuickNews
July 24, 2014
Greetings!

 LTPS News to Know
Notice from the LHS Athletic Department

Attention all Lawrence student-athletes participating in our Fall Interscholastic Sports program at Lawrence High School (LHS):

All physical forms and paperwork are due in the nurse's office now or by Friday August 1, 2014. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.

Opening week begins August 11, 2014. Without completed paperwork on file, the student-athlete will not be able to participate in try-outs for any team or activity. This office needs at least four days to certify all paperwork with the school doctor and nurse's office after the forms are handed in. Any questions should be directed to the athletic office at 609-671-5516.

Physical forms can be found online here.

Lawrence Lacrosse Club Fall Programs

The Lawrence Lacrosse Club will conduct one day a week clinics starting in mid-September. The clinics are for boys (grades 1-8), girls (grades 1-6) and Little Laxers (PreK and K). The programs cost $30 before August 14 ($45 after) plus each boy and girl needs to be a member of US Lacrosse ($25). Kids need to provide their own equipment, however, a few sets of equipment are available to lend. Little Laxers do not need to be members of US Lacrosse and all Little Laxer equipment is provided by the Club. See more information about the fall programs at www.LawrenceLacrosse.com or by emailing LawrenceLacrosse@gmail.com.
