Arts & Humanities Academy Sets Stage for Real World Experiences
L to R: Elena Negron & Mecca Gullatte

Lawrence High School's Academy of Arts & Humanities took a group of young women to the organization Dress for Success on November 27th. They attended a workshop on how to prepare for professional interviews - whether for part-time jobs, internships, work-study experiences, or college interviews. The girls learned about building powerful resumes and how to dress appropriately for any kind of interview - from hair and makeup to hosiery and shoes.  Read more about the experience here.

For more information about the Academy's programs, please contact Jill Vaughn, the Arts & Humanities Academy Leader, (jvaughn@ltps.org) or visit  https://sites.google.com/a/ltps.info/academy-of-arts-and-humanities-at-lawrence-high-school/
