Seeing Eye Dog Trainees Visit LIS
Fourth grade students at Lawrence Intermediate School (LIS) recently attended a morning assembly on the Seeing Eye dog program. Molly Granahan (LMS 8th grader and LIS graduate) is training a dog that she hopes will graduate from the program. Her brother, Jack, is a 4th grader at LIS. If Molly's dog Wren is successful, she will leave the Granahan family in about a year to become a certified Seeing Eye dog.
