Why was there a large crane at Lawrence High today?
As part of our summer facilities work, air conditioning is being installed in the Lawrence High library. The crane was there to lift the AC unit far back onto the roof by the library in preparation for installation.

This afternoon's pick-up session marks the end of the first week of laptop distribution. We've distributed approximately 550 laptops thus far.
