Jasodah has an amazing accounting background and has worked for five different clients since 2007.  Each client has given her outstanding references after each assignment.   Jasodah's first accounting assignment was with a fashion client in 2007.   Unfortunately, that client moved out of state in 2013 and contacted us  immediately.  Our Accounting Division was able to place Josodah at another fashion company, then an interior design company, a school and currently she is working for a retail client.  Jasodah has proved herself a versatile and reliable candidate - a tremendous resource for Access Staffing.  Thank you Jasodah!

Josephine accepted a Data Entry position from our Administration/Office Support Division several years ago for an international cargo logistics company based on Long Island.  Josephine is not one to sit still.  She has taken on additional responsibilities since she started and is now supporting five managers and assisting with an accounting function that reaches around the world.  Josephine epitomizes the quality candidates we seek.  She has proved to be such a great human being and has earned the respect of everyone many times over with her "no fuss, just do it" attitude. FULL-TIME DIRECT HIRE.  Thirty-six percent of employers plan to increase full-time, permanent headcount in 2015, a significant jump from 24 percent last year when employers were more hesitant to expand their workforce.

TEMPORARY AND CONTRACT HIRING.  Temporary employment is expected to pick up over the next 12 months as employers struggle to fill in-demand roles and strive to maintain more flexibility in their workforce.  Forty-six percent of employers plan to hire temporary or contract workers in 2015, up from 42 percent last year.  Of these employers, 56 percent plan to transition some temporary or contract workers into full-time, permanent roles.
