Hughes Academy had a great spring sports season. Boys and Girls Soccer continue into the post season today. Congratulations to all the teams.

Boys Soccer
The boys soccer team is the number eleven seed in the Greenville County Middle School Championships. They will travel to Lakeview Middle for a 5:30 match today, April 22. Admission is $3.00.
Girls Soccer
The girls soccer team is the number 8 seed in the Greenville County Middle School Championships. The girls will host Sevier at Hughes at 5:30 today, April 22. The Hughes Academy girls had the best regular season record ever at 8 -4. Admission is $3.00.

The Hughes Academy Band participated in the Carowinds Music Festival this past weekend in Charlotte, NC. They received an Excellent Rating. The band is under the direction of Kevin Baucom.

PTSA will be selling Chick-fil-A biscuits in the carpool line & the school lobby this Friday morning, April 25. $3.00 for one biscuit or $5.00 will get you two biscuits. Students are allowed to eat their biscuits in homeroom. Buy some for the whole carpool or for the office or for a special teacher! Support PTSA and eat more chicken! |

The U15 Rugby team won the state championship against Irmo on Saturday. This is the second year they won the title. Job well done.
