Rising 6th Grade Curriculum Night
On Tuesday, February 26, 2013, parents of rising 6th graders are encouraged to attend the Curriculum Night at Hughes Academy to learn more about the Related Arts classes available next school year. The session will be in the cafeteria from 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Senator Ross Turner Visit
Approximately 40 people came to Hughes Academy on Friday, February 22 to discuss public education with Sen. Ross Turner. Topics such as the funding formula for public education and school safety were discussed.The event was co-sponsored by the SICs of Augusta Circle, Blythe Academy, and Hughes Academy.

Spring Book Fair Comes To Hughes 

 

When: Friday, March 8th-Thursday, March 14th from 7:45 AM - 3:30 PM in the Media Center

 

Last Chance: Friday, March 15th from 7:45 AM - Noon

 

Also open to parents for "Coffee and Books to go" on Tuesday morning, March 12th, from 7:45 AM - 915 AM

 

Drop off your child, join us for coffee and shop the fabulous Spring Book Fair!

Box Tops

Keep saving your Box Tops. The next turn in date will be March 15. There will be an ice cream party for the top class in each grade.
