You must have the following to participate:
1. Completed Physical
2. Signed participation forms from parents/guardian
3. Conditioning Insurance Fee of $10 is required for tryouts. This fee is non-refundable but will be applied towards the insurance payment of $32 if you make the team. If you have participated in another scholastic sport since August 2012 that required insurance that you purchased, you are covered for the remainder of the 2012-2013 school year.

Tuesday November 6th is Election Day
The upcoming presidential election is a great opportunity for you to talk to your child about the democratic process, our government and country.
Consider these tips on election day:
- Take your children with you to vote.
- Explain why it works. Talk about how elections make a nation strong. Point out that voting gives all citizens a chance to contribute.
- Watch the results come in and celebrate all of the great things about our country.
If you are in Areas 17, 19, 21, 23, 25 and 27), don't forget to vote for school board officials. Visit www.publicedpartnersgc.org find out if you live in one of these areas and to learn more about the candidate's positions and backgrounds as they relate to public education. |

Hughes Academy Alumnus and current Greenville High School Red Raider Mascot Bonner Snyder needs your help. Greenville High School has advanced to the 3rd round of the Sports Xtra Mascot Challenge. The winning school will receive a check up to $1500 to purchase a new mascot costume. You can vote once a day. Please vote for Greenville. Voting ends November 30.
