Parents: Help Guide to Activating Your New Edline Account

The new website has a login feature which allows parents, staff and students to access an added layer of personalized information. Parents who are signed-in will see a toolbar at the top of the page that offers personalized information under the heading "My Edline." A login is needed only to view this added layer of information, users who are not logged in will view the standard website.

Each school is in the process of distributing parent activation codes.  Some parents may receive a letter, an email or instructions at upcoming parent/teacher conferences.  If you have received your parent activation code and need help, click here for more information.

Please note: Edline is not a replacement for Skyward.  Parents will still use Skyward to access school lunch accounts, attendance, grades, and more.  Parents can access Skyward through the Edline website.

Bellevue Elementary Hispanic Heritage Celebration

The Dual Immersion Bellevue classes celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month last Friday.  Jacquelyn Jones (pictured above with Interim Superintendent John Blackman) wrote, "As we engage in activities around Hispanic Heritage Month, we have focused our studies around the Spanish speaking countries, their independence and cultures. This gave our students an opportunity to discuss the United States, the U.S. constitution and its role in the example of reaching Freedom and Independence as well."

New Science Curriculum Piques Student Curiosity

Students and teachers at Bellevue Elementary are actively involved with their new science curriculum called FOSS. The best way for students to appreciate the scientific enterprise, learn important scientific and engineering concepts, and develop the ability to think well is to actively participate in scientific practices through their own investigations and analysis.

The FOSS program was created specifically to provide students and teachers with meaningful experiences combined with active participation in scientific practices.  Take a look at these Bellevue students enjoying science!
