 | We Made it to the Top of Mt. Tom |
In the mornings, Zack's Place is going green with Alicia Artessa from Vermont Law School. We delivered Pentangle Posters, worked on our greeting cards, went to the library with Sarah, walked around town, and had book club with Kitty.
Mid-day we gardened with Martha, went to Billings Farm for educational programs, became scientists and studied the science of color with Anthea. We started making a cookbook and cooked with Kate Miller and our visiting chef Kerry Underwood. We went to the Tunbridge Fair, visited our friends at Spark!, went swimming with Community Classroom at the Aquatic Center, had band class with Kathleen and Mark, danced with Angel, and learned Hawaiian Dancing with Tiffany. We even started a hiking club and hiked up to the top of Mount Tom!!!!!!
In the afternoon Kiera led our business meetings where we made two new editions of greeting cards. We are learned sign language every Monday with Nancy Therialt, got fit with Bari, sangwith Kerry, did yoga with Tita and Annie and did art with Sarah, Bonnie and Lolly! We went apple picking at Maple Wood Farm. We also read books with Pam Pickett, Ron, Tom Wright and Phil Swanson.
