Zack's Place July 2014 Newsletter |
|
|
Greetings!
Summer has arrived and Zack's Place is psyched! We are horseback riding, swimming, canoeing and kayaking, playing basketball, singing, doing art and more. Come join the fun! | Eddie and Joey Graduate from High School |
June was a really fun month with lots of big events. I have incredible photos and once again I will be breaking the photo newsletter law of only one photo per article. Enjoy the photos and we look forward to seeing you soon. Sincerely, Dail Frates |

June in Review In the mornings we did crafts with kitty, gardening with Martha and picnicked at Billings Farm, delivered Pentangle Posters, made thank you cards with Sarah, visited Norman Williams Library, greeted golfers at the golf tournament, visited Montshire Museum and took walks.
Midday we worked on greeting cards with Kiera, made pottery with Fiona, played our instruments in band class with Mark VanGulden, played games at Vail field, had a dance party, sang with Kerry, did music movement with Angel, celebrated our extraordinary volunteer Doug Phillips and we went riding with DJ Jesser at Moonrise Farm.
In the afternoons we practiced for our musical, did yoga with Anne and Tita, and we got fit with Bari. We read books with Anthea, Pam Pickett, Ron Jaynes, Tom Wright, TJ Borzekowski and Phil Swanson.
We performed "A Horseshoe in Time" at Woodstock Union High School. A great big thank you to all who helped with the play, funded and hosted. You can view the video of the play by clicking here.
We also had lots of other things going on like horseback riding.
This program has been funded for 2014/2015 by Mascoma Bank!
These pictures are our first two weeks!

And there are lots of other things we do! We work out and most of all are just friends.
 | Pushups with Bari, She is tough! |
 | Nothing like a hug from a good friend. |
