They cannot accept electronics, tvs, large appliances or furniture. All donations are tax deductible.
Glad Rags volunteers are also happy to help clean out households throughout the year. Keep this in mind if you or someone you know is moving.Speaking of volunteers, the group is always looking for new members to join. If you have some hours to give during the spring or fall sale weeks please email [email protected]. DONATIONS NEEDED:
Clothes: We accept clean used clothes, please, with no repairs needed or stains. Mens, womens, childrens, underwear, outerwear and everything in between. Accessories as well. In the Spring we'd prefer summer clothes (we have to store the winter clothes which is a lot of work carrying up and down stairs). In the Fall we would prefer you store the summer clothes at home and only bring in Winter clothes to be sold.
Jewelry is popular: All types
Household linens are popular, again, please clean and not ragged or torn.
Housewares and appliances: We have a limited space to display items so please nothing bigger than a suitcase or heavier than a food processor.
