The PGA Tour is now in their off season and the 'Silly Season" of Skins Games, Charity Classic, overseas tournaments, Pro-Ams and other fun golf events are now beginning.
As such, we thought this video of Ian Poulter and Geoff Swain attempting a variety of shots you won't likely see on any self-respecting golf course to be very appropriate.

In the world of golf there are no two swings are alike. Like rocks on the beach we are unique in shape, size, form, and structure. With Thanksgiving now a memory and the days getting ever shorter, it can only mean one thing - Winter Golf is on the horizon. Fish Tacos 
(Yield: 4 servings)
Ingredients
1 pound cod filet
(or any fish of choice)
3 cups shredded cabbage
8 6" flour tortilla
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chipotle seasoning
2 tbsp canola oil
1 cup shredded cheese
Salsa
Sour cream
Directions
1. Cut fish into ˝ " cubes, heat oil in skillet and add fish
2. Add lemon juice and seasoning
3. Sauté until done (about 5-8 min)
4. Heat tortilla in a 350 degree oven for 2 min
5. Fill tortilla with cabbage, cheese, fish, salsa and sour cream or any other desired toppings
