Call to Action! The fight isn’t over! Together with AAAE.org we encourage you to continue to put pressure on Congress to vote to fund the FAA contract towers, which are currently funded only through September 30, 2013. Although there is funding available through fiscal year 2014, it is highly unlikely that Congress will finish the appropriations bill by the end of Sept. Therefore, it’s important that the DOT/FAA finds the funds to keep the towers open between September 30 and whenever the 2014 is completed and signed by the President.
